This unit generally holds the contents of a one-bedroom apartment or student dorm with room for appliances. If packed tightly and there is no need for access, it can hold a small two-bedroom apartment.

This unit will hold a small two-bedroom home or a medium two-bedroom apartment. When packed tightly and there isn’t a need for access, it will hold appliances as well. This is also suitable for small outdoor recreational water crafts or snow machines.

These units will comfortably hold a three-bedroom home with a single car garage, appliances, lawn equipment, and sports equipment. Also suitable for ATVs on trailers, watercraft, and snow machines. These units open at both ends for easy access to ALL storage contents. Holds a 4-bedroom home comfortably.
Rate: $350.00 monthly plus HST
$90 damage deposit to be returned at the end of lease IF there is no damage to the storage unit and if it is clean

Insurance Information
Carp & Cardevco West End Self Storage cannot be responsible for the contents of your unit. Normally, your home insurers will cover the insurance on a rental unit at no extra charge. Please ensure that you check with your insurance company as to their policy on this. It has been our experience that just by asking, you will receive this service.
List of Prohibited Items
Absolutely NO combustible goods, gasoline, animals, toxic materials, plants, people or any other substance or item that is required by law to have a controlled environment may be stored on the premises of Carp & Cardevco West End Self-Storage. Violators will be prosecuted!
