Our clients have access to the storage facility 7 days a week with the following hours:
Monday – Sunday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Drive-up Self-Storage Unit Sizes
5 feet x 5 feet (25 square feet)
Most often used by students or someone looking to store the contents of a single room.
Rate: $75.00 monthly plus HST
5 feet x 10 feet (50 square feet)
Holds bachelor apartment without appliances, with a queen size bed, and a boxes.
Rate: $90.00 monthly plus HST
10 feet x 10 feet (100 square feet)
This unit generally holds the contents of a one bedroom apartment or student dorm with room for appliances. If packed tightly and there is no need for access, it can hold a small two bedroom apartment.
Rate: $180.00 monthly plus HST
10 feet x 15 feet (150 square feet)
This unit will hold a small two bedroom home or medium two bedroom apartment. When packed tightly and there isn’t need for access it will hold appliances as well. This is also suitable for small outdoor recreational water crafts or snow machines.
Rate: $205.00 monthly plus HST
10 feet x 25 feet (250 square feet)
These units will comfortably hold a three bedroom home with a single car garage, appliances, lawn equipment and sports equipment. Also suitable for ATV’s on trailers, water crafts and snow machines. Some people opt to use this size for storing summer vehicles that do not require climate controlled space.
Rate: $290.00 monthly plus HST
10 feet x 30 feet (300 square feet)
These units open at both ends for easy access to ALL storage contents. Holds a 4 bedroom home comfortably.
Rate: $345.00 monthly plus HST

Insurance Information
Carp & Cardevco West End Self Storage cannot be responsible for the contents of your unit. Normally, your home insurers will cover the insurance on a rental unit at no extra charge. Please ensure that you check with your insurance company as to their policy on this. It has been our experience that just by asking, you will receive this service.
List of Prohibited Items
Absolutely NO combustible goods, gasoline, animals, toxic materials, plants, people or any other substance or item that is required by law to have a controlled environment may be stored on the premises of Carp & Cardevco West End Self-Storage. Violators will be prosecuted!
